📍 Seattle Meets Colombia — Through the Hands of Daniela 🇨🇴☕️

Hi, I’m Daniela — a hospitality girl at heart. My career has been spent in kitchens, wine cellars, dining rooms, and the kind of service that turns a moment into a memory. Coffee wasn’t always my specialty. But stories? People? Flavors? Those have always been my world.

Casa Ella coffee was born at the intersection of those passions. Not as just another coffee brand (Seattle certainly doesn’t need another one), but as something different:

✨ A coffee rooted in Colombia’s soil and soul
✨ A bridge from the coffee farms of Colombia to the tables of Seattle
✨ A reason to pause and ask, “Who will I share this with?”

Seattle coffee culture has always been strong, but I felt there was room for something new — a space where Colombian hospitality meets Seattle’s love for small-batch, specialty coffee. Casa Ella is about honoring the people who grow our coffee, celebrating the flavors of single-origin Colombian coffee, and creating soulful coffee moments here in the Pacific Northwest.

For me, Casa Ella is more than roasted coffee beans — it’s a home you can step into with every sip. It’s a little Colombian tinto, a little Seattle spirit, and a whole lot of love.

If you’re building something, dreaming something, or just trying to navigate the beautiful world of hospitality — I’d love to share stories with you. Let’s swap advice, talk about coffee and community, and maybe even pour a cup together.

Because at the end of the day, specialty coffee isn’t just about caffeine. It’s about connection.
